As part of my Master of Science in IIT, Chicago, and with the supervision of SOM sustainability team. The tower design commenced with a fixed structure and platforms intended to accommodate drones and host various architectural programs and functions, such as hospitality, residential spaces, retail outlets, offices, and warehouses. The inclusive design of the tower employed parametric principles, ensuring that all data related to occupancy, energy usage, and structure were systematically monitored and optimized. The skyscraper, designed to partially float on water, serves as a drone transportation hub featuring dedicated platforms for logistical facilities and public transportation services.
